In this 90-day transformational journey, we will discover what is holding you back from having the balanced wellness you deserve and break those self-defeating habits from ever coming back again. By the end of the program, you will look better, feel better, have more energy...and be on track to dramatically reduce your dementia risk. There are 12 modules in the Worrier2Warrior course. Participants are expected to complete one module per week for the length of the course. Feel free to refer back to previous modules as we move through the course and participate weekly in the group discussion.
